SHIPPING COST – DELIVERY TIME – PAYMENTS – RETURN POLICY

All shipments are delivered by DHL Courier. Your phone number, as originally specified by yourself on the order form, will allow the courier to get in touch with you and agree the time of delivery.  All shipments are securely packed and insured.

Delivery Charges:

For USA:  DHL Ground $8.95 (Free delivery for orders above $99.5)
-Delivery within 4 to 10 business days. Available for the 48 Contiguous US States.

For Canada: (DHL E-Packet) $17.90 (Free delivery for orders above $200)
-Delivery within 7 to 20 business days.

Note: We were informed, that some Postal codes in Canada, are not available for deliveries from American carriers. Some of these locations, are remote areas in the Country,  they do not accept dangerous goods deliveries. Please check here the Postal Codes affected by this.

Note: Canadian customers, are responsible for any Customs fees and taxes on Canadian border.

For Mexico: (DHL E-Packet) $23.90 (Free delivery for orders above $250)
-Delivery within 7 to 17 business days.
Note: Mexican customers, are responsible for any Customs fees and taxes on Mexican border.

Please remember, we ship your order, to the address you provide us, so it’s your responsibility, to provide us the correct address.

Processing returns, and changes in the address has extra costs, and also reshipping your order means new shipping costs. Therefore, we ask for your maximum attention when fill the address on your order. Be advised, that we will charge the shipping costs, of re-sending your order.

PAYMENT TYPES AND TERMS

  1. Credit / Debit Cards: VISA, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro
  2. Please be informed that we charge our Customers in US Dollars so if you are ordering from Canada or Mexico  we are unable to tell you the price in your currency,  this may depend on the exchange rate set up by your bank on the day that you are placing your order.
  3. We are using Stripe Gateway  for Online payment processing.

CANCELLED ORDERS

After you place an order, and the payment is processed, the request to cancel that order is acceptable only 30 minutes after the order.

If you request to cancel your order after the 30 minutes and until 12 hours, will have a fee of $15 (deducted on the refund).

All orders, returned to the warehouse, will have a fee of $25, (deducted on the refund).

RETURNS/CLAIMS/EXCHANGES

  1. We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within up to 30 days from the date of purchase (date on the invoice). If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. There are no returns of any discontinued or promotional items (if the terms of conditions of the promotion state the items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable).
  2. We cannot accept returned products 30 days after you have placed your order.
  3. All exchanged items will be charged a re-shipping fee unless they were faulty or shipped incorrectly by FM SHOP USA. Alternatively, exchanged products can be added to your next order which has to be placed within 30 days from the date when the items were returned back to us.
  4. If unwanted products are returned for a refund, you need to cover the shipping cost of sending the product back to us. Once we receive the items, we will cancel the original invoice and create a new one – without the returned products.
  5. If any products returned to us are on the non-returnable/non-exchangeable list or if the manufacturer fault is excluded, the items will be returned to you with your next order unless a shipping charge is paid to dispatch the products to you separately. Rejected items are kept for 3 months from the date the return has been received by us and if no order is placed and shipping charge is not paid, the items will be disposed of.
  6. If on your invoice there is an item that you wanted, but you received something else instead,  please contact our Customer Service Department within 24h from receiving your order to  report that, and it will be dealt with within another 24h. The content of each parcel is  photographed before being packed into the box, therefore we will always check such  photograph before we contact you with the solution. Please note that if you received an incorrect item, we may ask you to send it back to us before we would be able to exchange it for the correct product.
